People No Longer Talk To Each Other

With the advancement of computers and personnel digital assistants the use of our mouths, for the purpose of communication is getting to be obsolete.  I sit in a fancy restaurant to have a meal with lady friend and  at the same moment, my cellphone rings.  The head waiter approaches our table and says, "Sir the use of cellphones is prohibited in the dining room".  I ask why and the answer is "so that we do not disturb the other diners".  As time passes I come to notice that this is now policy in many more establishments.  Around this time is when the PDA(personal digital assistant) comes to market.  Almost two decades later people use these personal computers more than any other device, for the purpose of any communication.

No Cellphones allowed
No Talking Allowed

With no more talking there are no more arguments heard on the street.  There are times when you see people being angry but there is no one near them.  This is because they are having a text or cellphone argument.
Communication is getting to be ever more impersonal.  People use the phones to make calls send text, watch movies, listen to music, write and send letter, do research and countless more tasks that make work and play a breeze..  The use of the human voice must not go silent.  The only good thing about not talking, is nobody will hear their spouse complaining and nagging.   What a wonderful world!
Cellphones and personal computers are a necessity of life and progress and should be OK to use.  People should use their vocal cords as well,  for the sake not loosing voices.  If we speak more often we will not forget that we have a voice.
Humans have organ in their body called the appendix.  The organs purpose of the appendix was to filter the germs that the consumption of raw foods brought in.  This little organ  acts like a filter.  It is not used by the body any longer because most of our foods are washed and cooked and almost no bacteria enters.  This is an example of the term "use it or loose it".  There absolutely nothing wrong with progress as long it does hinder the use of things and actions we already have.
Keep quiet, I cannot hear!
Turn your personal computers / cellphones to vibrate!
