Read through Everyone's nonsense...

Every person likes to be mentally stroked more than challenged. I live and work with many people every day. Just because a person has a title of MANAGER or BOSS does not mean they actually know what they are supposed to do or say. School gives a person a book education. It is life that takes what is learned in university and tapers it to the environment we are in. I am not by any means the professor of life but I refuse to be put down by the donkeys of the world because they have a title. A man leads by example not by words. If for example the bosses are saying "we must cut expenses or we must stream line our operation"...They should not be dining on filet mignon and lobster tails. Yes boss , you're right master.......you know what Go "F" yourself boss your people are starving and you are acting like the king. Leaders everywhere start out with good intentions and then power overcomes them and they become the same as their predecessors or even worse.
