I have a son that is now in second grade. He writes some of his letters backwards the teachers say that this habit will fade away. I Think that my boy needs help for Dyslexia. I mentioned it to the teacher and the principal each an every years for the past four years since pre-kindergarten. We are in excellent school district and the principal does not want to change her ranking . She might want to pass the buck. I do not want to believe that the people in charge of my sons schooling are skirting the issues to save their reputations and the extra work load for themselves. As a father I am supposed to do what ever is best for my child.
I want to know if my child truly needs help or he is suffering from another childhood habit of laziness.
