Making poached eggs in the microwave oven..

Eggs are one of the best sources of protein in our diet.  I like eggs cooked any way.  Lately I have been trying too loose weight and had e been cutting out the carbohydrates from my meals.  I discovered that when I have eggs for breakfast my appetite is smaller the rest of the day.  I do not like to make a big mess in the kitchen but i still like taste.  I get two paper plates, one for the bottom.  The eggs tend to pop and make a mess in the microwave oven and for this reason I need the other plate to cover them while cooking.  In the bottom plate before the eggs are cracked open,  I drop about two table spoons of water.  This will prevent the eggs from sticking to the plate and create steam for the eggs to cook.  Depending on the microwave oven it is set on high for one and a half minute.  I toast two slices of bread and here are the microwave poached eggs ready for my day to start.
