Food

Every time we open our mouth to eat, we must understand the consequences.  I am a lover of chocolate chip cookies.  Every time I look at the calories on the packet of cookies I want to consume, it reads three hundred calories per serving.  Guess how many serving are in the package?  The container holds three servings.  Well there you go, I am alone looking for two other people to share the cookies.  Oops!  I just ate the bag of cookies.  No more to share.  I will have to spend an extra hour on the treadmill walking off the extra calories I consumed.
Eat or not.  If you eat, be prepared to use the extra calories consumed.  Otherwise, the extra portions turn into fat and blubber.  Keep your body moving and keep those calories burning.  The government t department of health says that an average human diet is about two thousand calories per day.
If I eat the government recommended amount without moving around in a very short period of time I will look like a very large beach ball.  Everything in moderation is the key to a healthy life.
Being in constant motion is a key to healthy slim living.  A bottle of beer is equal to eating one chocolate chip cookie.  Drink a beer or eat a cookie?  I can do both as long as I am ready to burn them off with exercise.  Keep your body moving and be able to enjoy what you like to eat.  The more you move the more calories you burn.  Life is a trade off every day.  Eat more or exercise less equals to weighty gain.  Exercise allows you to balance things out.  Most of the stuff we eat has ingredient lists and calories per serving on the package.  A person has to be able to read the labels carefully to make correct decisions on their consumption.
