Bacon wrapped chicken breasts.

Summer is grilling weather.  What is better than sitting by the grill when the sun goes down with a drink in your hand and waiting for the meal to be cooked.  I am not in favor of skin and bones in the chicken that eat and therefore chicken breasts are my choice.
Wrap each breast with thick sliced bacon.Season the chicken with oregano salt , pepper and oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
Grill until meat is Juicy and white inside....

Life

Life is fun.  Yes there are days that we do not like it but most of the time life is fun and exciting would love to enjoy every bit of it.  It is important not to let the bad parts of life, overtake the good parts.

There are so many things that we do in life to make life worth living. We spend quite a bit of time worrying about nonsense instead of being happy with what we have and make the best of it.  We are born, raised and educated and then find a job.  Later people meet each other, with the characteristics they are looking for in a mate and they court for a while.  If the  relationship bonds then bingo someone moves in with the other.
Later come children and you become a parent.  As a mom or dad you raise the children in the manner you saw others before you doing.  The saying goes as follows:
  • Little children-little problems.
  • Big children-big problems.

As a baby, a person mostly sleeps. When the baby is awake it needs to be fed, bathed and changed from soiled clothing to clean.  If it needs are tended to, then whining and crying sound will come out of the babies mouth.  The same thing happens to a person when they grow old.  As a person ages, they need to rest and be fed and keep clean just like a baby.  Life is good as long as you "go with the flow".

Life Clock....

The clock of life goes at different speeds for each person.  It also affects every person differently.  People tend to be overly sensitive at certain times different from normal.  Change of life comes to people in different ways and most of them do not even notice it.

I had to take one of my cars in for service this past Saturday.  Whenever, I go to the car dealer for service to any of my vehicles, the diner next door is my place of choice for breakfast.  I happen to have had my youngest son, with me because he likes the breakfast served at this particular establishment.  We arrived for our 8:30 am service appointment to get one of the family vehicles serviced and inspected for the State.   We dropped the vehicle off and headed for breakfast.  We sit down and give our order to the waitress.  The phone rings and it is the Mrs on the line telling me that she is coming with my other two sons Peter and Elias to have breakfast all together.  I summon the waitress to the table and place the order for the rest of the family that will dine for breakfast.

A little while later our server brings my waffle with bacon and Angelos's, cheeseburger deluxe (french fries cole slaw and lettuce and tomato) arrive.  A few minutes later come my wife and my other to sons(Peter and Elias).   The busboy brings the orders out Elias gets ham, and American chefs omelet and Peter has a pastrami tomato and Swiss cheese omelet.  Stella ordered a feta and tomato omelet.  The whole order is correct except that my wife is served a feta, zucchini and onion omelet.  The kitchen had the orders correct but the busboy picked up the wrong plate.  Well!  This ticked of my wife because she thought that we place a wrong ordered on purpose.  She is allergic zucchini and eggplant, and gets very sick if she even smells the stuff.
She went off on a tangent towards the busboy.  He speaks no English and is not at fault.  My sons and I had to point out that she is out of place for running amok.  This is where the old saying caveat-emptor (buyer beware) come into place.  You the buyer are responsible for what you buy.  If the servers make mistakes then you should make sure that you try to inform them a few times of your requirements.  There is no reason to go bananas people are human will always make mistakes by nature.  Life is too short just enjoy it.

Beer and Cigarettes or Food?

Do we use the money for beer, cigarettes or food?  Well,  that all depends what your situation is.  If have not eaten for a while then food wood be the primary choice.  On the other hand, if you are thirsty beer is your choice.  Water would be ideal  unless you have a craving for beer or you feel like you need a buzz.

You are the Luckiest person....

Your prayers are answered and you have the man you want but you are still miserable.  You have sewn all your oats and decided that you want to settle down with the right person.  What is right?  People are all flawed, both men and women have problem.  The key is to find the mate that would have the least amount problems or at least less than the ones you have.

Thank You God! I have found someone to be with me and share my life! Is what you should say.  Being alone is good but not all the time.  You have a someone to talk too and a person to have a family with.
Life is good there is no reason to be miserable to your fellow man. You get more with sugar and honey than with salt pepper.  It is better to be nice than not.
BE HAPPY EVERYTHING HAPPENS QUICKLY!!!

Make the decision.

Life is full of dilemmas.  Every moment of every day there is a decision to be made.  Make the wrong choice and you might have to make more decisions to rectify them all.  As time passes we learn to live with what we decide.  If we decide to eat, we must think how much to consume and what allergies we have.  If too much or too little salt or spice is added, what will happen.
A man is married and has children, does life go on? or should adjustments be made to accommodate everyone's needs? Children, when they are young need to have two parents in their lives, in order to grow and succeed in life.  Whatever move each person makes in the family there benefits and consequences for each and all respectively.  We are all responsible for our decisions but should learn from them and not be stuck in the dilemma of "what if."  Do not be afraid to make a decision because if do not, someone else will.

Food

Every time we open our mouth to eat, we must understand the consequences.  I am a lover of chocolate chip cookies.  Every time I look at the calories on the packet of cookies I want to consume, it reads three hundred calories per serving.  Guess how many serving are in the package?  The container holds three servings.  Well there you go, I am alone looking for two other people to share the cookies.  Oops!  I just ate the bag of cookies.  No more to share.  I will have to spend an extra hour on the treadmill walking off the extra calories I consumed.
Eat or not.  If you eat, be prepared to use the extra calories consumed.  Otherwise, the extra portions turn into fat and blubber.  Keep your body moving and keep those calories burning.  The government t department of health says that an average human diet is about two thousand calories per day.
If I eat the government recommended amount without moving around in a very short period of time I will look like a very large beach ball.  Everything in moderation is the key to a healthy life.
Being in constant motion is a key to healthy slim living.  A bottle of beer is equal to eating one chocolate chip cookie.  Drink a beer or eat a cookie?  I can do both as long as I am ready to burn them off with exercise.  Keep your body moving and be able to enjoy what you like to eat.  The more you move the more calories you burn.  Life is a trade off every day.  Eat more or exercise less equals to weighty gain.  Exercise allows you to balance things out.  Most of the stuff we eat has ingredient lists and calories per serving on the package.  A person has to be able to read the labels carefully to make correct decisions on their consumption.
