Can you figure people out? I certainly can not understand why a person would go out and party like a rock star with no regard for the people serving them.
For me, tipping is a form of payment t for the service as well as the entertainment offered and for the abuse received.

Tipping the Bartender
Bartenders are entertainers surviving on the tips from their guests. People will drink the most expensive liquor but will not leave an appropriate tip for the person serving.
